Verizon collecting old cell phones at Sunday's Packers game
GREEN BAY — A phone collection drive for the Verizon Wireless HopeLine program starts at 9:45 a.m. Sunday at Lambeau Field.
Fans can donate no-longer-used wireless phones and accessories from any service provider at each of the five Lambeau Field gates. Most phones will be refurbished and sold, and the proceeds will be donated to domestic violence awareness and prevention programs. Remaining phones will be recycled.
Fans unable to attend Sunday's Green Bay Packers-Arizona Cardinals game can still donate phones at any Verizon Wireless Communications store at any time.
